Hon. Zach Churchill
Partner & Managing Director of Government Relations

Hon. Zach Churchill is a former senior cabinet minister and opposition leader with over 14 years of experience delivering large, complex government programs and navigating high-stakes political and regulatory environments.
He has led some of Nova Scotia’s most demanding portfolios, including Health and Wellness, Education and Early Learning, Municipal Affairs and Emergency Management, Communications Nova Scotia, and Natural Resources. In those roles, he was responsible for multi-billion-dollar systems, province-wide service delivery, and hundreds of active files
His leadership includes:
- Directing the province’s COVID-19 vaccine rollout and health-system response
- Expanding cancer care and diagnostic capacity
- Launching Nova Scotia’s universal pre-primary program
- Coordinating hundreds of millions of dollars in multi-government infrastructure funding
Zach leads Churchill Sinclair’s work in:

Jordan Sinclair is a strategic communications leader and entrepreneur specializing in startups, innovation, and high-growth companies. He brings deep experience helping organizations clarify their story, build credibility, and operate confidently in public, investor, and government-facing environments.
His leadership experience includes:
